Environments today encompass a multitude of arenas; from the natural to the built; the surreal to the physical; and even the technological and virtual.nature, nurture, node draws on the power of an individuals’ perception of environment and raises the question of the fundamental part we all play in contextualising ourselves in the world.

In nature, the node breaking signifies that change is immanent. By breaking down what we expect to perceive, we begin to seek more from our environments and open a dialogue that shares a deeper and more immersive appreciation of our surrounds. Together in nature, nurture, node, the artist and audience begin to share, expand and nurture their own environmental awareness.
